A rare Victorian solid sterling silver bottle or flask. It is hallmarked for London 1899 with the makers marks being CAGA for Charles & George Asprey. It has been superbly designed having a glass body with a bayonet lid. The lid has been applied with entwined initials. It is in superb condition being free from splits repairs and dings. The lid works perfectly, and the cap retains its cork which forms a good seal. The glass is free from chips cracks stains and repairs. It measures 4.5 inches (11.4cms) tall by approx. 175 inches (4.5cms) wide and weighs 172 grams. A very high quality usable piece in very nice condition.
