Sheffield and London England. The company was established in 1894 at Fenchurch Street, London with a manufacturing space at 29 Market Place, Oxford Street, London. The company used the mark on the server between 1900 and 1940. The server is lovely as shown in the pictures. There are 24 pictures attached to the listing. The dome features a rose scroll pattern and each of the 4 sturdy legs are in a reticulated design and the silver plate is shiny. There is a reticulated tray and a solid tray with it.
